Jade is an enthusiastic and dedicated process improvement consultant with a strong focus on communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
She is focussed on identifying issues, and increasing task efficiencies, across varied business functions. Jade is experienced in developing strong supplier and client relationships in order to achieve goals, ensure customer satisfaction and enhance organisational reputation.
Experience
She has very strong interpersonal skills. She often works directly with client teams, and her engaging style allows her to rapidly and accurately document and analyse processes. These skills are complemented by her technical competencies, producing detailed analysis on effort and cost, which allows a very strong case for change to be built. Her rapidly growing experience spans industries including: financial services (banking, insurance, superannuation); government; manufacturing; logistics; retail; and aged-care.
Jade has strong experience in process review and improvement engagements. She has supported the delivery of multiple business improvement projects through rapid capture, analysis, and articulation of client operations, in order to identify issues occurring throughout processes. She also has in-depth practice in preparing a view of opportunities and benefits available to support a client’s future operating model design.

She brings a broad set of capabilities that can be leveraged in many operational environments, including automation of data capture and reporting for increased quality and efficiency; management of marketing and communication campaigns; and various human resource functions.
