We recently had the pleasure of hosting 73 industry leaders at our latest Bevington Change & Argon Connect breakfast event in Melbourne, focused on “Uncertainty, AI, and Financial Returns.”
In an environment where organisations are navigating increased disruption, the session explored two of the most pressing challenges facing leaders today: planning in the face of uncertainty, and developing a pragmatic, value-driven approach to Artificial Intelligence.
The morning featured two insightful presentations covering:
- The most effective approaches to managing strategic uncertainty
- Why AI is fundamentally a strategy problem and how organisations can approach it in a way that delivers tangible financial returns
This was followed by an engaging panel discussion on how leaders can respond to both uncertainty and AI in the immediate term, with a strong focus on practical action and decision-making.
A big thank you to all who attended, and to our amazing panellists:
- Tom Richards – Chief People Officer, News Corp Australia
- Akanksha Malik – Managing Principal, IRIS by Argon & Co
- Colleen Grady – Partner, Argon & Co
- Justine Hartman – Chief People Officer, CBUS Super
As always, our Change Network events provide a valuable opportunity for leaders to connect, collaborate, and exchange perspectives across industries. It was fantastic to see such thoughtful discussion and shared experiences throughout the session.
