Thea has led transformation initiatives across a range of industries, focusing on operating model design, process re-engineering, and governance frameworks. She works closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand current-state challenges and co-design future-state models that are practical, achievable, and aligned with strategic goals.

Thea’s background as a healthcare clinician informs her structured and empathetic approach to problem-solving. In consulting, she has delivered strategic sourcing reviews, regulatory framework redesigns, and customer service transformations – helping organisations improve service delivery, manage risk, and build capability for future change.
