Managing Director

Chris is a Managing Director at Bevington Group with extensive operating model design, process re-engineering and business transformation experience.

Chris has led improvement and change management programs covering tactical process change through to end-to-end strategic transformations. His involvement in identifying, shaping and leading transformational change spans a wide range of industries including: construction; education; financial services; government services; healthcare; manufacturing; mining; not for profit; retail operations; transportation; and utilities.

 

Experience

Chris has led improvement and change management programs covering tactical process change through to end-to-end strategic transformations. These assignments have involved front-of-house and back-of-house functions, office and field-based staff, offshore partners and third party providers. He is particularly skilled at constructing programs that deliver both early wins as well as longer-term strategic changes.

As an operating model design specialist, Chris applies top down and bottom up design approaches to develop models that can deliver an organisation’s strategy effectively. He has delivered a number of operating model assignments focusing on structure, role, process, technology, capability, culture and operating metrics.

Chris is passionate about working closely with his clients to solve their most pressing problems and realise step-changes in organisational outcomes. He has supported his clients to transform their customer experiences, become more agile and adaptive, realise productivity gains, manage enterprise risk, and improve organisational effectiveness. He is respected amongst his peers for his attention to detail and diligence when it comes to delivering the best quality client outcomes. His approachable style enables him to quickly and easily setup and support program delivery while at the same time provide mentoring and coaching to the client team.
