As Bevington Group’s CEO Roger is heavily involved in many of our more challenging assignments. He brings his skills in strategy, business model and operating model design to bear on challenging client problems. He regularly runs executive leadership and board workshops to determine or refine strategy, and its impact on the operating model. He is highly valued by clients for his ability to stay at the leading edge of research in his chosen disciplines, and to engage our clients with good humour in even the most trying of circumstances. His perspective is enhanced by his service on multiple boards He is an experienced company Director having sat on the Boards of a range of enterprises such as: E*TRADE Australia; ANZ International Ltd (Singapore); Greenfleet; Lean Planning Services Pty Ltd; and Bevington Consulting Pty Ltd. Roger has been Chair of the E*TRADE Remuneration Committee.
He is regarded as an expert in his field, having spoken at countless conferences and published broadly, including in CEO Magazine, Boss Magazine, Management Today, Retail World, Super Review, Marketing Magazine, and The Institute Journal.
When not running Bevington Group he is also a very active contributor to Australia’s charitable sector as Chair of the World Vision Business Advisory Councils in both Melbourne and Sydney, and as Chair of Greenfleet’s Business Advisory Council.
