Ben has full knowledge and application of Bevington’s process reengineering and operating model design methods, allowing him to effectively guide clients on a process review and improvement journey. His roles have involved the design, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement of operating model changes. Combined with his very personable approach, Ben is able to rapidly understand the real story from client staff, then directly identify the root causes of issues, and collaborate on subsequent solution opportunities.
