Ben is a highly skilled and sought-after consultant for Bevington projects, given his mixture of skills, experience, personality, and demonstrated commitment to achieving results for his customers.

Ben is a confident and articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, developed through project delivery and training facilitation. Added to his extensive set of proven analysis, implementation, and reporting capabilities, this makes Ben a valuable contributor to process reengineering and operating model design teams. His clients and colleagues alike draw significant value from his ability to map processes, analyse and visualise data, facilitate effective workshops, and deliver material outcomes. His consulting experience has included industries such as: financial services (banking); government; retail; technology; and tertiary education.



Ben has full knowledge and application of Bevington’s process reengineering and operating model design methods, allowing him to effectively guide clients on a process review and improvement journey. This analysis supports a deep understanding of the way an operating model works, and the key changes that are required to transition to more efficient and effective operations.

His roles have involved the design, implementation, change management, and continuous improvement of operating model changes. Combined with his very personable approach, Ben is able to rapidly understand the real story from client staff, then directly identify the root causes of issues, and collaborate on subsequent solution opportunities.


The highly technical side of his background is an added bonus for clients, as Ben is readily able to connect the people, process, and technology elements needed to truly improve an organisation. A selection of his recent clients includes: ACCC; Bunnings; Civil Aviation Safety Authority; Legal Aid NSW; NSW Health; University of New England; and Westpac NZ.

Prior to joining Bevington Group, Ben performed technical and analyst roles in the tertiary education sector.
